Once a website goes live, it’s important to protect it from potential hacks, breaches and other threats that can bring your site down and get you blacklisted from Google (removing you from all search results and destroying your Google rankings).
It’s also important to keep your website plugins, themes and WordPress core files updated and optimized for security, page loading speeds and better SEO rankings.
My Website Care Plan takes the stress off of you in keeping your website safe and protected.
I will ensure that your site is protected, updated, maintained, and backed up every month and when you’re on my plan, you’ll have a trusted partner you can reach out to at any point for help with updates, edits, tech support or any potential website issues.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer web maintenance-only plans?
Yes! I offer a maintenance-only option for $37/month. If interested, just send us a message at support@talented-kitten.flywheelsites.com
Are there any set up or cancellation fees?
No, there are no setup costs and should you ever need to leave the plan, there are no cancellation fees. The door is always open should you ever leave and decide to come back to the plan.
In certain circumstances, there may be a clean-up fee, depending on the health of your site upon joining our care plan. If you have any questions about this, you may reach out to us at support@talented-kitten.flywheelsites.com
What is a small update?
A small update refers to a new feature, minor modification, or web development task under 1 hour in length.
Examples of this might be: change out text or images, adding a new plugin, etc.
What is a "New Content" job?
“New Content” refers to a new page, blog post, etc. I’ll also make sure everything is optimized and mobile friendly.
What happens if I pass on your plan?
If you decide to decline our maintenance plan, there’s a lot that can go wrong. Here are the top reasons I recommend you make sure your website is maintained:
- The site will not be optimized which leads to poor performance, slow loading times and a gradual loss of SEO rankings.
- The site’s tools, plugins, themes and WordPress itself will quickly go out of date which is the leading cause of website hacks. It’s incredibly important to keep all your website tools and plugins up-to-date.
- You’ll have no backups or restore points so if the site get hacked or breached, you could lose all your content, pages and search engine ranking.
- You won’t get a monthly report overviewing your site traffic, page views, etc.
- You won’t have us as your trusted partner to assist you with quick updates, tweaks, website issues, etc. You may need to try getting a hold of your hosting company for any assistance.
Does my monthly update time roll over?
No, the retainer of hourly updates is just covered for that month.
What if my site gets hacked while on the plan?
If your site should get compromised while you’re on the plan – we’ll take care of cleaning the site and getting everything squared away with Google at no extra cost to you.
What if I have updates that require more than my included time?
We’ll always try to get your updates done within 1 hour to save you some extra costs but if you have a decent amount of updates that will require more hours, we’ll give you an estimate of time and do that at a discounted hourly rate.
What if I pass on the plan and my site gets hacked?
We can take care of getting the site cleaned for an initial cleanup fee of $250 then we can immediately get your site on our monthly plan to make sure it remains clean and protected from hacks.
What to expect when signing up?
When the site is onboarded to our plan and all reporting, updating, backup and optimization tools are in place, you will be notified and you can expect a monthly check-in with a detailed PDF report of your website’s traffic, basic analytics and an overview of all the updates, backups, monitoring and optimizations that were done the month prior. All reports are sent within the first week of the month.
